Overview

The tasks available in the Administering Tests task category allow authorized users to generate customized Completion Status reports to determine which students have completed or need to complete testing. Users may also check test completion rates by school, grade level, subject or domain, and test opportunity. For LEAs, reports are available as downloadable Excel spreadsheets or CSV files if there are 21 or more schools reported; once requested, these are found in the Completion Status inbox. For test sites, reports may be viewed on-screen; opened in Excel as a spreadsheet (when Excel is selected) or as an Excel CSV file (after CSV is selected) after the report is generated on-screen; or downloaded directly using the [Export Report] button.
