Validity

Adult Interference (Assistance to Students or Unauthorized Access)

Either the test examiner, test administrator, parent/guardian, school staff, or some other person coached or provided answers to a student or modified student responses during either an in-person or a remote test session. This is applicable for all assessment types.

A test administrator or test examiner allowed unauthorized access to student tests.

Administered Incorrect Assessment

A student was unintentionally administered a summative test for practice instead of the practice or interim test; the wrong grade-level assessment; or an assessment with the wrong Special Education designation listed in TOMS, for either CAASPP or the ELPAC.

A Summative ELPAC assessment was administered to ineligible student(s).
