Administration Documentation Resources
Prior to administering a test, TEs (and any other individuals who will be administering any secure Summative ELPAC) will read this Summative ELPAC Online Test Administration Manual and complete Administration and Scoring Training of the Summative ELPAC.
The Summative ELPAC Online Test Administration Manual is designed to complement a variety of resources developed by ETS and the CDE listed in table 1.

| CAASPP and ELPAC TOMS User Guide | The CAASPP and ELPAC TOMS User Guide web manual provides instructions for the processes necessary to assign LEA and school users and test administrations, as well as student data for various aspects of ELPAC testing (e.g., test assignments, test settings, condition codes). |

| DFAs | The DFAs for the Summative ELPAC provide the directions and scripts needed to administer the assessment. These are published securely in TOMS and can be accessed by selecting the [Resources] tab in the TOMS top navigation bar. |

| PFAs | The PFAs for the Summative ELPAC provide the instructions and guidelines for planning and preparing to administer the assessment. These are nonsecure documents that are posted on the Manuals and Instructions web page on the ELPAC website and in the Moodle Training Site. |
