Paper–Pencil Test Administration Information

The Summative ELPAC Paper–Pencil Testing Test Administration Manual is currently being condensed and added as a chapter to the Summative ELPAC Online Test Administration Manual. The instructions for paper–pencil testing should be available in early January 2022.
